Communities of Practice - make an impact with learning programs in your organization

First introduced by Jean Lave and Etienne Wenger, Communities of Practice are informal and formal ways to ensure you have a learning organization. Organizations with Communities of Practice have the mechanisms in place to connect team members around a specific domain of interest, allowing them to discuss and evolve within this domain by sharing ideas, content, practices, and solutions.

Launching learning programs in conjunction with a Community of Practice supports immediate and long-term impacts of that learning.

As your partner, PRMIA would like to support you in implementing or strengthening your Community of Practice by providing access to resources and tools.
